Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and personable Admission Counselor to join our front-line team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a presentable personality, and the ability to confidently explain and promote our training programs to students and their parents. Your goal will be to guide and convert inquiries into successful enrollments.
Responsibilities
- Greet and counsel walk-in and telephonic inquiries professionally
- Clearly explain all training programs, benefits, career outcomes, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and scheduled meetings.
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Good in Hindi and English
- Strong interpersonal & convincing skills
- Presentable and confident in appearance and speech
- Positive attitude and persuasive communication
Nice to have
- 1–2 years in admissions, sales, or counseling roles
- Graduate in Counseling , Marketing
- Additional languages
- Strong Communication skills
